HOUSEKEEPING 

1. Please sign and hand back the "Personal electronic devices" form.  The following students have not handed in their form (signed): Nima

2.  Grade 8 Trip to Hillary House: a permission form came home.  Payment can be made using school cash online. The following students have not brought their form: Danny

3. The following students still need to hand in their Integers blue math notebook evaluation form (signed): Kyle and Tyrese.  This is over 2 weeks late...

4.  We need one more parent volunteer to attend our field trip to the TSO on Tuesday, October 30th.  If you can spare the time and join us, please let me or Ms. Smith know immediately.    

5.  Grade 7 Immunization will take place on Friday, November 2nd.  Grade 7s are reminded to wear a short-sleeved shirt that day.   As well, it's important that they eat a healthy breakfast and have a snack before the clinic.  Students who miss the school immunization can receive it at York Region Public Health Community Clinics: Immunizations

IMPORTANT DATES

1. Applications for Mackenzie Arts program (grade 9) are due November 30, 2018.  For more information, you can download a pamphlet here: http://bit.ly/artsmack2019.  Their open house will take place on Tuesday, October 2nd.

-St. Maximilian of Kolbe: November 20, 7:00 p.m.

3. IB G.W. Williams: The assessment test will take place on November 22nd, from 6-9:00 p.m.  In addition, the application window is now open.
