HOUSEKEEPING 

1. Please sign and hand back the "Personal electronic devices" form.  The following students have not handed in their form (signed): Nima

2.  Grade 8 Trip to Hillary House: a permission form came home.  Payment can be made using school cash online. The following students have not brought their form: Danny

3. The following students still need to hand in their blue math notebook evaluation form (signed): Kyle, Dawson, and Tyrese.

4. On Friday, Mme Le Moine's class will be taking us on an outdoor education adventure in Whispering Woods.  You will need to be bundled up.  If you happen to have a scarf at home, please bring it.

5. Charlotte and Robbie: please hand in your "Visit to Aurora High" Permission forms.

6.  We need one more parent volunteer to attend our field trip to the TSO on Tuesday, October 30th.  If you can spare the time and join us, please let me or Ms. Smith know immediately.    

IMPORTANT DATES

1. Applications for Mackenzie Arts program (grade 9) are due November 30, 2018.  For more information, you can download a pamphlet here: http://bit.ly/artsmack2019.  Their open house will take place on Tuesday, October 2nd.

2.  High School Open House Grade 8 Information Session for 
-Aurora High: December 12, 6:00 p.m.
-Dr. G. W. Williams:November 8, 6:30 p.m. / October 17 IB session 7:00 p.m. 
-St. Maximilian of Kolbe: November 20, 7:00 p.m.

3. IB G.W. Williams: The assessment test will take place on November 22nd, from 6-9:00 p.m.  In addition, the application window is now open.

4. Mme Le Moine's Class will be taking us outside for an education activity.  Be sure you are bundled up!

KUDOS TO: Mobin, for finding out who was gullible in the class.  As well, kudos to Tyrese for taking his recess to spend time with a little guy who has a different recess time.  Good role modeling, Tyrese!
